By using the mobile application "Deenify Quran Chat" (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Badzlan Bakar ("We," "Us," or "Our"), the App's developer.
2. AI Functionality and Limitations
The App uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content and responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are not a substitute for guidance from qualified Islamic scholars.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
- You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the AI and for any decisions you make based on it.
- The AI is evolving, and We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. App Usage Rules
You must use the App lawfully and for its intended purpose. You will not:
- Use the AI to generate or spread misinformation, hate speech, or inappropriate content.
- Engage in harassment or disrupt the App's operation.
- Copy, modify, or distribute App content without Our permission.
- Infringe upon Our intellectual property.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App.
4. In-App Content Reporting
The App includes a feature to report AI-generated content you find offensive or inaccurate. You agree to use this feature responsibly to aid Our content moderation efforts.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are offered via Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled through the Google Play Subscription Center.
- Payment processor: Payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your financial information.
- Cancellations: Cancel at any time via the Google Play Subscription Center. Refunds for the current billing period are not typically provided.
- Price changes: We may change subscription pricing and will notify you via Google Play's policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content are Our exclusive property.
7. "AS IS" Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS," and we offer no warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We can terminate your access for violating these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of any material changes by posting the new version. Your continued use of the App confirms your acceptance of any changes.
